I’d love to hear some ideas too! I’m with you exactly, PLUS I have the added challenge that one of my BMs is a tomboy, one is a metal-head, one is a mom of two, and the other two just graduated college. So they’re all very different personality-wise, and they’re all at very different points in their lives. I still have a whole year to plan, but this is just one of those things I’m afraid I’ll never resolve!

I don’t know why everyone thinks they have to get all of their bridal party the same thing. That’s what makes shopping for them so hard!

If you shop for them as individuals and worry about getting each one something they will personally enjoy and use, the gift buying process gets a whole lot easier.

I’m getting all my girls as couple universal things, like blinged out flip flops for the reception and little bridesmaid survival bags, but the main gifts will be individualized. I.e., my Maid/Matron of Honor is a hairstylist and I’ve found an ADORABLE stylist smock for her.

I’m getting all my bridesmaids something that fits their personality instead of getting the same things for every one. One of my bridesmaids is into fitness so I got her a healthy recipe book and healthy snacks she can eat throughout the day of the wedding. The other loves getting pampered (massages, mani/pedi, etc) so I got her a gift certificate and will ask her to go with me for my spa day before the wedding.

I am getting some personalized items for all of my BMs with their favorite animals on it from Vista print, like a note pad, a pen, I’ll do a wall calendar with pictures of their favorite animals, these are just littles things. I will be giving each of them a gift that goes with their taste. My Maid/Matron of Honor loves plays and she is also a photographer so I’m getting her tickets for a play and I saw this nice box type storage when she can keep her props that she uses for her shootings, that’s just an example, I haven’t decided what to get the rest of them. Hope this helps.

Idk.. I can tell you what I did.. I got the a small clutch/wristlet purse in black so they can use it the day of, and after it will be useful. I put a bunch of little stuff in there like personalized mirrors, lip gloss, bobby pins etc, Then I got them all their jewelry to wear at the wedding, and got them all a pair of flip flops for the reception so their feet arent killing them on the dance floor. I spent a little over 150 for 5 girls. But I did a lot of shopping to find the deals that I did. I am also getting them cute girly flasks for the bachlorette party the cost for those is about another 45.
