So I’m budgeting about $100 for each girl! I don’t want to do gift cards. I was thinking of buying some nice stuff off etsy, as the prices are pretty good and I think I could get some nice stuff there. This is what I’ve found so far:
The earrings are $13
And this necklace is $22.50
Does anyone have any other ideas? I talked to the girls and they pretty much all said they wouldn’t mind if it was something “for” the wedding, as long as it can also be used after. Ex: Robes are a great idea as long as they dont have “Bridesmaid” on it, and aren’t made of satin. We all know satin robes are useless when getting out of the shower.
In the past, for one wedding i received jewelry, and I havn’t worn it since, mostly because I lost one of the earrings the night of the wedding. And for the other I received a coach clutch, which I love, and have used multiple times.. I also may be able to throw in a deisgner clutch to the gift if I can get it from an outlet in the states (in Canada Coach outlet stores are scarce). And since the dress I want is sold in hollywood, I will be going to the states before the wedding.(It’s not till July 2015 anyways so I have lots of time).

I love that jewelry!
I think your other idea are spendid too- a nice clutch, or a plush robe. (I agree, satin robes can be pretty useless.)
If you want to do “small” things, you could also throw in nail polish or hand lotion. Oh, and I always appreciated getting flip flops for dancing. 🙂

You should get it then! It’s agreat deal and they have lots!
@Apple_Blossom: That is a good idea!
@Benni: Awesome! I was worried people were gonna be all “YOU CAN’T GET THEM A GIFT IF THEY ARE WEARING IT FOR THE WEDDING” haha they could care less though and I think lots of people do it this way anyways.

@Brittanyg20: I received jewelry or something to wear the day of the wedding for most of the weddings that I stood up in and I had no problem with it. I think most bridesmaids wouldn’t mind receiving those pieces you picked out. 🙂 I bought my girls a Coach wristlet, wrote them a very nice thank you card, and included enough cash to cover their updo at the salon (since all of my girls were getting their hair done at the same salon as me I decided it would be nice to just pay for their hair). My bridesmaids LOVED the wristlets and kept telling me how awesome it was that I paid for their hair. 🙂
