Hi! I have 6 bridesmaids, and can only spend about $25 on each of them. I was thinking soap and lip balm, but I also want to get them jewelry or something… I don’t want to give them anything cheap or that will fall apart easily. Any suggestions?

I suggest Forever 21 jewlery … Sometimes (a lot of the time) you have to search through the crap, but you can find lots of good stuff from there with a little effort!!

With a budget of $25 each, I’d probably forgo the jewelry…unless you found some very unique pieces of etsy that matched their personalities? I just would not be impressed with a cheap necklace from Macy’s, ya know? I think etsy is definitely a place to start…and maybe start looking around thrift stores (vintage pieces!), mom and pop type places….

I would get a photo of the two of you printed and find a really nice frame.. Its more personal. 🙂

I’d be careful with cheap earrings in particular – a lot of people are allergic to nickel which is in a lot of cheap jewelry.

If you’re limiited on budget I would definately skip the jewelry. Beyond that it’s not really something I could pick since I don’t know your girls. I’d encourage you to think of them each individually, rather than as a group. The presents don’t have to match. They just have to be right for each girl. If it was me I like board games, books, wine, music, etc. But I don’t know your girls.

@breapple27: I think it depends on the personalities of the bridesmaids. For example, you see a lot of flasks. What if your bridesmaid is a beer drinker? Its just an example…. they don’t have to be all identical gifts. Maybe one likes one thing, maybe one likes another. What’s the point in spending money on a Macys necklace if she likes vintage, in reference to what the other girl said? Or the other way around. Maybe they have a certain look that does not fit the vintage look the other bm appreciates. Just saying lovelies! It does not have to cost a lot but whatever you spend, especially if you cannot do uch, don’t waste it on something they won’t even care for.
