Unless you have some really elaborate ceremony where she needs to figure out more than how to walk down the aisle and stand evenly spaced on your side, there probably isn’t much for her to rehearse. People work years toward getting a diploma. While it would be nice if she could come, I don’t think it’s wrong for her to celebrate her achievement although it’s inconvenient for you.
For a wedding you get a bachelorette party, a bridal shower, and sometimes an engagement party all in celebration of one event. I don’t think its too much to give her more than just one extra day to celebrate the achievement of a years long goal.
