I had this problem with my Maid/Matron of Honor. She waitied two weeks before my wedding to look for a dress and I ended up having to look for one for her. Well I found it for her right here on weddingbee(thanks to the hive). I was to the point if she dont have the right dress then she will be the dumb looking one and I just proceeded with the guys tux the way I wanted it. Send her a text about it and let her know that you cannot wait any longer for her decision and that you will take it as if she is not interested. If she decides that she is not going to be in the wedding and you are short of a Bridesmaid or Best Man have the extra guy walk with another couple. Girl in the middle. I have seen it before.

If she’s a bridesmaid, aren’t you close enough to just ask her? Be courteous but to the point: “Since the groomsmen need to get to planning their attire and the wedding is just around the corner, I wanted to make sure you haven’t run into any problems with getting your dress. Let me know if you need any help! I’d love an update once you’ve gotten it figured out.” Something like that should work…

I would ask her to get on it. It could be possible because they are getting their own dresses she might have waited until closer to the wedding. BUt it sounds like she still engaged with the whole thing if she talking to you about the wedding.
