I have 6 girls I want to ask to be my bridesmaids and I want to do something cute/fun for them. I’m going to ask them at my birthday dinner party coming up soon! Below are ideas I came up with… which one would you like if you were a bridesmaid, or if you have ideas to contribute that would be great too!
1. A wedding movie (classics like My Best Friend’s Wedding or more current like Bridesmaids) paired with a card that has a thoughtful message inside for each girl.
2. A cute container of candy and ring pop in my wedding colors and ask by saying something along the lines of “It would make my day so sweet if you were standing by my side”
3. My last idea is to give each girl a copy of the book The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks. It’s one of the sweetest novels I’ve ever read. I would write a personal message inside the cover and hand make a bookmark for each girl.

I really like your ideas!! They are so sweet. My favorite of the three would be 1 or 3. I like the idea of incorporating a wedding movie or book and make it personalized for each of the girls.
Here’s what I did: I printed out “Will you be a bridesmaid?” with each word on a different piece of paper. My Fiance and I went to the park, and he took a picture of me holding each “sign” in a different location at the park. I put all the pictures together in sequence. I bought a Valentine’s Day card for each of my bridesmaids (I asked my sister to be my Maid/Matron of Honor in person). I put the pictures in each card and wrote a cute message for each girl and sent them out around Valentine’s day. I wrapped the pictures in wedding wrapping paper too! They each got theirs on a different day because they live in different areas so it was fun to get a phone call from each of them when they received their cards!

That is so creative! I love the idea of having to go through each picture and deciphering the message! Very sweet!
I think that #3 is my favorite. I might go with it!

@RoseGoldBride: I personally think 1 and 3 are really cute and creative. I posted about how I asked my bridesmaids here:

I’d probably choose #1, unless you think your girls would like a Nicholas Sparks novel? They’re not my taste, so I’d think it was odd to be given a book that someone should know I’d never read.
