I just finished my “bridesmaids proposals” and though they were a huge pain in the butt I LOVE them. I can’t share with my best girls because they are the ones getting them so I had to share here 🙂 How did you ask your bridesmaids?
I saw this card on Pinterest and loved it! Sorry if the pics are huge I’m new.
So I decided to use it as insipration and make it in to boxes:
Bridesmaid box tops:

The box top for my future SIL was different, these are her and her daughters (flower girl)
The flower girl got a book about flower girls (Pinkalicious), flower earrings, nail polish in wedding colors, a small picture frame with a pic of her and Reese and a mini bottle of sparkling apple cider.. her box bottom looked like this (Reesie is my daughter and her co flower girl)
and lastly we aren’t doing a Best Man/ Maid/Matron of Honor so I gave my bestie a differnt box bottom that suited our friendship:
I have to mail one to Vegas so I’m waiting until she get’s hers to pass them out. I can’t wait!!

I love the little gifts you’re adding to the proposal box. I am following so I can see and get an idea of what to do myself…

I was like “Hey, ya wanna be a bridesmaid? That cool? Alright, sweet.”
But I admire anyone who has the time and creativity to do the cute proposal things.

slomotion: Lol my sister just assumed it because she set us up…..but obviously I would have asked her.
Those are really adorable OP. I would be thrilled to have received one of these.

Oh gosh, these are so lovely! I really like the sentiment of sharing all those emotional moments too.
Different ways, as they are all in different places.
The one who lives in the same city as me, I asked in person – actually Fiance and I asked her and her husband together if they would both stand up with us.
One whom I am very close to, but we live on different continents, I managed to ask in person because I was in the same country on transit.
The others I wrote cards to and mailed them off… the only problem was waiting for them to receive them and worrying that they had gotten lost in the post!

Wow! I just bought these little colorful boxes, put a ring pop inside along with a girly magnet and some chocolates. The inside of box top said “now its my turn to pop the question, will you be my BM?”
They loved them! And it took like 30 min to make them all.

They’re cute. To be honest I didn’t really propose to my BMs. I texted my Maid/Matron of Honor and said ‘didn’t you call MOH?’ We were staying in a place with no signal so apparently she nearly fell down stairs and said to her husband ‘I think Loz24 is engaged’ and he thought she was psychic for the rest of the day. I texted the other one asking for a favour and when she responded I asked if she’d be my Bridesmaid or Best Man.

My sister loves camo. So, I took a flat rate envie and lined it with camo. I added the Bridesmaids DVD and a “No Ugly Crying” hanky I found on Amazon. Then I stuffed it with chocolates and other sweets.

Then I added a personalized note that asked “will you be my Matron of Honor” at the bottom (on pink paper (her favorite color)). The sweets are wrapped in tissue paper.
Then sealed it up and sent it off!

slomotion: Lol same. I feel like I really dropped the ball. I just asked :P.

I am going to be doing this. I am asking my close group of girlfriends, so it won’t come as a surprise to anyone, but I thought this was cute.

I made them these boxes! I made them “bridesmaid” shirts with my cricut, I made them “bridesmaid” champagne glasses, and filled the box with lots of little things and not shown a nice small bottle of pink moscato champagne! 😀 My girls are getting these boxes this saturday!

made scented candles for my girls (they’re Capri Blue volcano scent)! For my sister (MOH) I sent her a Dammit Doll in addition to the candle. Since, ya know. The card was for my sisters husband, who we asked to officiate

I did the balloon thing! One each for my bro and sis (wedding party) and two more for my bffs. They loved them!

I brought a little box to each of my bridesmaids. I pained and decorated the boxes to match out color scheme. Put a mini champagne bottlw, chap stick, nail polish, and hand sanitizer in their favorite color in each box.
