My idea seemed super cheap and easy when I thought it up. Then I went to Hobby Lobby for the first time and God help me, it got out of hand lol.
MmeSilverBullet: My bestie would have loved yours!! I love the hanky lol.
dearjohnbride: That’s cute!
zombieseatpineapple: Love!!! My Future Sister-In-Law has a cricut and I plan on putting it to good use. I want one so bad!
ilovesophia: Love those. I had never heard of a Dammit Doll. What a neat idea
hope1981: I LOVE that card! I though about doing a balloon one but was certain I’d pinterest fail it some how lol. Yours came our so cute!

mrsbrizz2017: Dammit Dolls are a great. I stole the idea from my other friend who gave all of us (her BMs) a dammit doll as a gag gift – though she didn’t give them until the rehearsal dinner, so the joke didn’t land as well. I couldn’t afford to buy one for all the girls (plus the candle), so I just did it for my sister (MOH), as she’s really the one listening to me (and my mother) plan this thing anyway They have a little poem on their front “When you want to climb the walls
and stand right up and shout
theres a little dammit doll
you cannot do without.
Just grasp it firmly by the legs
and find a place to slam it
as you whack the stuffing out

Very thoughtful !! I bought a cupcake in each girls favorite flavour, with “will you be my bridesmaid” written across the top, added nail polish, nail file, hair ties and Kleenex package in the girls favorite colour to the box along with a funny card that related to each girls personality and wrote a special note to them inside. Pretty simple 🙂

ilovesophia: Love it!!! I couldn’t afford them for all either but I may have to get my bestie one 🙂

I made wine bottles. I placed them in nice kraft paper gift bags along with other misc things. Skinny pop popcorn, a clear favor bag with blush pink border on top, essie ballet slippers, chapstick, candy, etc. Cute to do note books from Target that matches our wedding colors. Then blush pink tissue paper I placed int he bags. Gift tags were blush pink with gold trim, and I wrote their names with a gold sharpie. They were a hit!

I had these cute little gifts made for each of them. A personalized champagne bottle label, a personalized champagne flute, and then I made a special card for each of them. This was my FSIL’s proposal present. My Jr. Bridesmaid was similar but with a sparkling cider bottle and a different poem. My MOH’s (Little Sister) was similar but it had a really sweet and special poem and a photo collage of my favorite memories of us growing up. They all cried and love them!
P.S. I also had a wine bottle label made up for my Future Mother-In-Law that said “Thank You for Raising the Man of My Dreams”

What a cute idea. I did a box as well. I found a message in a bottle with a poem inside that asked to be a bridesmaid. I then wrote a note to them on a cute card saying how much they mean to me and that I hope they would accept. I gave them canvas bags to bring to the wedding with bridesmaid on them and nice robes so we can wear them to get ready in as well as a hanger that had bridesmaid written in wire so they can hang up their dresses. I know for some these gifts may not be exciting but my girls are they type that go crazy for them and they did. I plan to get them a very personal gift for the wedding because I did all the bridesmaid stuff beforehand, I don’t think any of these would be appropriate as wedding gifts.

Everyone’s ideas are so cute and creative!! I just did a simple card but now I’m wishing I went all out. Oh well!
For my Maid/Matron of Honor it said “I couldn’t say ‘I Do’ without you, will you be my maid of honour?”
ETA: I have 3 BM’s named Sarah lol that’s why both of these cards say it

my best friend asked me to be her Maid/Matron of Honor in a photo comment on Facebook. Wow, do people really do all this?! Very sweet 🙂

I love everyone’s ideas! So many cute way to ask, I would never have thought of most of them.
Near my house there is a clay painting studio called “Clay Cafe”, where you buy unfinished ceramics and paint them however you want to, and then they are fired at the studio. I painted the Maid/Matron of Honor and Bridesmaid or Best Man mugs, and my fiance painted the Mr and Mrs. mugs. I invited each girl over for tea, and I served the tea in the mugs and asked 🙂
