    I would say give her 1 more chance, leave a letter at her work saying you want her to be part of your big day but planning is a necessity and you would like to know if she intends on being part of it.  If you dont get a reply then remove her.

    That really sucks. Is she married? Engaged? Maybe she’s jealous. But she needs to be spoken to quickly. Do not let anyone ruin your time of happiness. The whole wedding process goes so fast and you deserve every moment to enjoy it!

    I say if she doesn’t give you an opinion in time, assume that it’s in favor for whatever you want, and move on.  If she doesn’t want to be responsive its her fault if her opinions aren’t heard.  Planning a wedding is stressful enough!

    @Happilyevaafter5:  This.

    I had problems with a bridesmaid because she was unresponsive and didn’t provide any input on anything.  I have bridesmaids that run the spectrum on body shapes and coverage requirements and so was letting them pick their gown within fabric and designer requirements.  Later she e-mailed me to complain that the dress line didn’t have anything she could wear, and said she wouldn’t be offended if I asked her to step down.  Since she was never really excited about the wedding anyway I didn’t think it was a big deal to let her go, but it completely ruined what I thought was a deep, long lasting friendship.
