Hi everyone! I am just looking for opinions on what color shoes I should have my bridesmaids wear. Let me give you a brief outline of the wedding party attire. part wedding party isunto traditional: for my side, I have my maid of honor and two bridesmaids. My Maid/Matron of Honor will be wearing The dress with a charcoal top and aqua bottom. (the aqua is more of a mint in person) The two BMs will be in all aqua. On FIs side he has his best man and his two daughters. Fiance and his Bridesmaid or Best Man are wearing charcoal suits and his daughters are in the same dress as my girls, but in all charcoal. Sorry if that’s complicated haha.
I was thinking of having all of the girls wear nude shoes their choice. What do you guys think?
Other options are ivory, gray, silver, or sparkly..
My dress is ivory, jewelry is silver, flowers are ivory/blush tones.
Here is the dress:

lynzietru: I would choose nude. You have enough color blocking going on already.

The nice thing about nude shoes is, it is a heck of a lot easier to find than *the right* ivory or sparkly. So long as the nude colour looks nice on your feet, you’re good to go!
I might almost swing towards everyone in aqua shoes, if they are fun shoe people. Or a choice between charcoal and aqua. You would probably want to make sure they had their dresses in good time to be able to match the colours, though – and it might be good to see if you could get swatches of the colours for the gals in opposite-colour dresses.

Nude always works. Gray would also look good as long as it’s the right shade since it won’t be adding new colors.

Thanks for the input! i am thinking nude for those exact reasons. Most of them probably already have a nude shoe or could definitely wear them again. While I love the idea of aqua shoes, i think they may be harder to find/match.

I’d say grey or silver. More women have silver shoes or want to own a pair and some just don’t like or want nude shoes. If they all already have nude, that’d look nice too of course (except for the 2-tone dress, sticking with a grey or silver shoe would look much better to not add a third color to the mix).

My girls are wearing navy and I’m having them wear nude heels. Two of them already have nude pumps and the 3rd might as well. All around I think it’s easier, and you can’t go wrong with a neutral!

I think nude for the BMs, and gray for the Maid/Matron of Honor.
