I brought three girls (one was my maid of honor) and it took us about 30-45 minutes to find one everyone liked. I went to Alfred Angelo in Manchester, CT and I was very pleased. The consultant looked at my dress and pictures of my venue then helped me to pick out dresses accordingly. It took us a while because we choose so many dresses to try on and I have every body type possible in my bridal party. We found it eventually though!!

I’m Maid/Matron of Honor and my bride and I were the only ones who went dress shopping (her idea).  We also went to an Alfred Angelo store and spent about an hour there.  Are all of your bridesmaids local?  You might consider just taking your Maid/Matron of Honor to go shopping for bridesmaid dresses.  I loved spending time with her one-on-one, and it was way simpler than trying to organize everyone all together, since the rest of the bridal party is up and down the east coast.

We were probably there about 45 minutes. I went through the David’s website to choose the ones I liked and then my girls (I only had 2 bms) tried them on and chose their favorites. I believe we checked out 5-6 different dresses and then had the two favorites tried on a second time so we could decide the winner.
