Is there nothing that can be done to alter it??  Maybe put in a lace panel that would sit in the middle covering up their bustiness?

not knowing what the dress looks like, what about a lace trip or insert?

I absolutely LOVE these dresses and desperately want them for my bridesmaids.  They have pockets!  They might be too casual for what you’re looking for, but they come in both a bright purple and a plum.

Good luck!  My younger sister is extremely busty as well so I feel your pain. 🙂

I got mine in a lovely purple/pink/eggplant/burgundy color called pomegranate from Kiyonna, they were $148. I love them, not the ideal bridesmaids dress, but I’m an encore and both of my attendants have three kids, mortgages, bills, etc. so I didn’t feel anything more expensive was appropriate. They have slight empire waists, so they are forgiving for the figure. One Bridesmaid or Best Man is alot bustier than the other and the chest part of the dress is accomodating. The flutter sleeves match my dress exactly and the fabrics are very similar. Here is a link to my dress (I ordered it in ivory) and one to my Bridesmaid or Best Man dress:

@danielle-I got my dresses at Kiyonna (link above) I didn’t know the look you were going for, or the exact color, but the dress in particular that we ordered starts in range sizes of 10-12, and move on up. If you have heavier bridesmaids, you may want to take a look. I was also pleasantly suprised with the quality of the fabric and the craftsmanship of the dress-it’s very nicely put together.

@brianalaura – I totally love love love that dress! I showed them to J though and his reaction was to ask what was wrong with the collar. He said it reminded him of wood shavings 🙁 so… not for our BMs, haha.

@daydream I showed it to my younger sister and she loves it!  But my older sister is super cheap so unless I pay for a good chunk of it I know she’ll be mad.  I ended up just removing the stress from myself and telling them to choose their own dresses (pending my approval).

I was trying to look for some dresses that would work on a variety of women, but it seems like so many of the dresses I found have spaghetti straps! And I remember trying to shop for my girls that those little straps just don’t hack it for bustier girls! Maybe keep us posted on what dresses your girls end up choosing?

oh that dress is so pretty!

Could you have the bridesmaids where different dresses in the same color or variations of purple/plum? That way you wouldn’t have to worry about one dress looking great on a 6 and a 16 and each bridesmaid would get the chance to “be themselves” in a dress. I love the way this looks at weddings and the mixed match style is in these days
