If you like the first one better, I say get that one! I think they are both winter wedding appropriate.

I love navy blue, and I think both of those dresses are beautiful.  The only consideration I would offer is that, if you have any bridesmaids who are more full figured, I think the ruching on the first dress looks as though it may drape better for them than the ruching on the second dress.

i don’t like the one shoulder on the second dress but i do like the blingy thing on the side of it. i voted for #1 because i love the neckline and rouching on it.

I like the first one much more. The second one may fit awkward on some of the girls. If you want the first to be more wintery you can add accessories!

I picked dress #2 because I like it better, but overall they’re quite similar, and I think equally winter appropriate. So maybe just go with whichever one looks best on your maids.

Wow, beautiful dresses. I like both but I think #1 would be more figure-flattering across the board.

As a full figured former Bridesmaid or Best Man, I’d just vote the first dress because that sweetheard neckline does WONDERS for us well-endowed girls, where a style like the second might give more of a shelf-like situation. Any chance you can give your bridesmaids the choice between the two if they’re by the same designer so they can make the call on what will look best on them? If not, choose the one you like best, they’re both beautiful 🙂

I think they are quite similar and both are very appropriate, but I just like number two a tiny bit more. Something about having some form of a shoulder means winter wedding to me 🙂
