It’s frustrating that it’s not the color your envisioned. What would look wonderful, though, and bring some grey back into the scheme, is a bold necklace with gunmetal or pewter color… you know, the blackish silver? Or a wide cuff bracelet. It seems like all different metals and colors are on trend right now, so it shouldn’t be hard to find gunmetal. As for the sash, black would stand out the most. How does it look without a sash?

Hey, I’m in the same boat. I had my bridesmaids order dresses on etsy that I picked out a year ago because they were the only light orange lace dress I could find that didn’t look pink. Well guess what: my fashion conscious bridesmaid got hers in the mail this week and it is PINK! I hate pink. The last thing I want is a pink bridesmaid procession. I looked at the dress on at least five different devices and the pucture is very orange. I guess with two months left till the big fall wedding day I might have to go digging for refunds and find other dresses unless we can dye them. The dress we ordered. The dress we got. 🙁

Just roll with it, it is your wedding, I agree with a charcoal grey ribbon instead, it will tone down the brightness and maybe come closer to the look you were going for.
Happy wedding anyway
