We’re getting married in March in Ohio, so the weather could be 25 degrees and snowing or 75 and sunny. I was thinking about writing a poem…something like this:
Since we’re getting married in March, there’s no way to know
If there will be sun or rain or sleet or snow.
Here are a few things to make sure you’re prepared
And a small token as a thanks for the memories we’ve shared.
Then their gift could be a pashmina, cute umbrella, sunglasses, and I’d paid for their hair.
Do you think this is okay, or do you have any other weather-related ideas?

I think that is a super cute and practical gift!

Coming from a May Ohio bride, I definately feel you on the unpredictable weather! I think that is absolutely fabulous!!!

I think the idea is cute, but honestly, I have all of those things already. Plus, I think a Bridesmaid or Best Man gift shouldn’t be something to use for your wedding. Just my personal opinion.

I like it! I think it covers all their bases and it’s practical versus something they’ll never use again.

Great idea! I love gifts of useful things.

I say take out the umbrella and go with the pashmina and sunglasses.

I would like that how…creative!
