That doesn’t really sound like a great combo to me. Brown and tans are kind of soft earthy colors, blacks and grays are stark and more harsh looking.

I’m having trouble envisioning the whole colors/no jackets thing. Do you have a pic that can help us with a visual?

Maybe if you stuck to tan for the BMs and charcoal grey for the GMen I wouldn’t mix it up too much with variations of the colors. I agree with KatyElle that the brown family and black family of colors may not be a great combo together. Tan and grey sound like they have potential to be very earthy looking and pleasing. Maybe add a pop of color to tie it together? Green or blue prehaps?

I think it sounds lovely. ALL the colors you mention are neutrals, so they will go with everything, even each other.
