I would stick with traditional heels… I think the Uggs will look tacky. even if the wedding is casual, that is VERY casual, and I think you might not like it in twenty years when you look back at your photos.

I think the biggest problem is that everyone will be too warm indoors. I say pick a leather bootie.

eeekkk sorry.. but i wear my uggs when i want to feel… comfy… not cute! just saying!! im not one to be saying anything since i am going to wearing ranbow’s. all of my bridesmaids are going to wear nude heals for the ceremony then rainbows for the reception to be comfy and to dance in! and they will be bedazzled hehe (our wedding is also on the beach)

I thijnk the uggs are awesome, as long as they are new-looking. they get pretty dingy after awhile

It snowed in OCTOBER and we certainly weren’t prepared. My girls were in heels. One of my bridesmaids had her UGGS with her just in case, and it ended up looking pretty cute. She threw them on for outdoor portraits. Here’s a shot of her in them:

uggs for a fun shot, but uggs are a “trend”…and i think for the ceremony you should have them wear different shoes.

Stay away from the uggs on wedding day! I think cowboy boots or rain boots would be cute, but uggs have a possibility of looking sloppy.
