I was going to do brooch bouquets for everyone.  I am highly allergic to almost all flowers except hydrengas but my ceremony is outside in FL summer and they will not be good.  But my photographer recommended I dont do that because too much sparkle for pictures.  So I will have a brooch bouquet and my girls are going to have seashell bouquets.  He recommended no more than one brooch bouquet.  But other than the picture issue I dont think it will look bad

I would assume it would get expensive and hard to make so many that look similar or have the same overall feel. From what I’ve seen of some brides, they have a hard time tracking down enough pieces to make one brooch bouquet.

Of course, if you aren’t making them yourself or if you have easy access to this stuff, then it may not be an issue. But, I do think it would risk taking attention away from whatever the bride is carrying.

I’d do just a few accent pieces in their bouquets rather than full brooch bouquets. Little bit of bling, not too much glare for photos, and each gal gets a few cool momentos 🙂
