After a fair amount of bargaining and then insistence, my wish to have my best male (gay) friend as a brides attendant has been granted. I’m super excited. However, the gift I am getting for the ladies: a pair of Kate Spade earrings and a bracelet from Nordstrom, totaling $100, simply won’t do for my guy. First off, I’ve seen some threads around here that chastise brides for thinking the jewelry they are giving the bridesmaids are the attendant gifts. I’m disinclined to agree, since my gift is both classic, expensive, and wearable. But also willing to hear opinions. So what to do for my bridesman?

Cufflinks? To me that would be about the equivalent to jewelry and still very nice.

I agree, maybe cuff links that look similar to the earrings so that it all looks cohesive.

I have a bridesman, too. I got him a coach Travel bag. I’m going to put some kind of product in it. I got my girls Kate spade make up bags so this all kinda goes together.
