Hi ladies,

Totally new UK bee here, so apologies for the huge, blurry pics. Not really sure how this all works from my phone!

My ring is very dainty, about 0.4ct but very thin, tapered band! It used to be my mum’s engagement ring so very sentimental to me πŸ™‚ At the moment I’m wearing it with a plain gold band but thinking about getting a 2mm bezel set diamond and blue sapphire band to go with it, as I love blue gemstones. Do you think this would look good or maybe be too overpowering?

Meant to also add that I love all your rings. So unique and beautiful. Yay for delicate and pretty finger bling!

Big rings can also be gorgeous and look amazing on a lot of people but on my tiny hands they look ridiculous!

dachshundpup15:  Oh my now that goes so well! Do you know I think I may have to look for something along them lines because…I love the plain band look- nice and classic but I love the diamond band look- because well sparkles! And I’m struggling to decide what I’m after! Your ring seems to fit the bill for both of a plain band and a diamond band! I feel inspired for sure by your set! Just gorgeous! πŸ™‚

And what a great idea looking around Christmas time, damn I missed that opportunity!

Debsy:  Thank you for you sweet words! I was a little worried at first because they don’t match exactly! But Now I keep sneakily trying it on ol – Can’t wait to wear them for good πŸ™‚ Seeing as your wedding is towards the end of the year, you could try to catch the summer sales and hit the high street and Hatton Garden if you’re close to London!

My ring came in today!  I love it!  It’s a Ceylon sapphire in cornflower blue, from H. Samuel.ring

Love everyone’s rings!  Here’s mine, taken when I was trying it on with my wedding band in the shop ^_^  This might be weird but I’m so excited to be able to wear my band, I just think they go so well together my Engagement Ring now seems lonely without it!  Not sure if it’s clear from the picture but my e-ring has a compass-point setting rather than the more popular ‘4-corner’ prongs (not sure if that’s the right terminology!), which I adore.  Both are platinum

saukbee:  What a beautiful diamond! I love the story behind it as well! I think a sapphire band is a good idea, I’m actually considering one for myself, too. 😁

This is my baby. Im a UK bride but my ring is in fact moissanite. I heard about it from here. I ordered it online. Its half carat equivilent in an open gallergy 4 prong setting. I must admit i want the 1ct but thought it would be huge so went with the half. I was a tad disapointed when i opened the box. It looked tiny but now it feels perfect and i wont be changing it. Its so sparkly and the gold is very thick. Im in love with it xx
