I’ve never heard of having a broken blood vessel removed! If it’s something that bothers you a lot, I would do it for $90.  Of course, then you always have the possibility of the scar, but it’s a personal choice of which one would bother you more.  Can it not be covered up with make up at all?

I have a broken blood vessel right underneath my eye.  Probably wouldn’t get it removed because of that since I don’t want to hurt my vision accidentally.  I’m hoping it fades on it’s own but I’ve had it for a long time now.

Trying playing around in photo editing programs to see what you would look like without it.  But if it’s tiny enough and your fiance like it, then there’s no terrible harm in leaving it.  I have these unruly eyebrow hairs that completely stick opposite the others.  When I trimmed them to look even and smooth, my fiance was all sad asking why I trimmed my quirky hairs… that he loved them.  Now I even though they bother me… I let them go cause he loves them.
