Okay its been nagging at my heartstrings….there was a dress at Alfred Angelo that I didnt think much of until I saw The picture… I looked perfect…I cried and cried and said that was the one….well Fiance saw it in a minimized page on the computer and was like uhh are you getting any of the dresses on that page? And i said no…but i asked which he liked?
He picked THE dress and I was like nahhh i saw something better…
that next week the dress was raised…. $900 just the dress and Im sorry but Im not a 20 grand wedding girl… I keep it simple and the dress I bought? I got on sale slip bra veil and dress at DB for $695…I couldnt say no… I love my dress…but the Angelo dress is definatly “the one that got away” im not a girly girl and im serious when i say im heartbroken over not getting it hurts.
So public announcement? DO NOT SETTLE girls… get the dress of your dreams…

I’m not sure which is which, but I really like the top dress on you.

the top one is what i bought the bottom dress is the one that was over budget…. thanks =]

I think both dresses are really beautiful! The one that you bought is more unique though. The #2 dress looks like most dresses out there, so you definitely ended up with the more unique one.
One thing that may be why you love #2 is because of the sweetheart neckline. Can you get your dress altered at all to have a sweetheard neckline?

I think that both dresses look beautiful on you. Dress anxiety sucks and even if you would have bought the one of your dreams you still would have been right along the rest of us having dress regret at some point. We all go through no matter what dress we buy. There are so many beautiful dresses out there that its hard not to. What is the theme of your wedding? That makes a difference too, but either way, I think you picked a great dress.

I actually prefer the first dress over the second one – and when I looked at the polling options, I realized that the first one was the one you bought. I think it looks the best on you!

I really thought dress #1 was the one you really like and #2 was the one you bought. I was going to make some remark about #2 being nearly as good as #1 and not to worry because they’re both nice, which they are. Now that I read it’s reversed it’s even better.

Can i vote for two? #1–the dress you bought and #3–because it’s practical.
Sure, i’d love a (insert something out of budget) but i can’t afford one. It’s okay! =]

I’m voting too…I really love #1! The other dress is beautiful, but #1 really fits you quite well. I love it…so I hope that eases your worries!

Both dresses look beautiful on you, but I’ve got to agree with the majority. I like #1 best. It’s beautiful, elegant, unique, and extremely flattering on your body shape.
I wonder if part of what is bothering you is that your makeup looks better in the Alfred Angelo pic. I’m assuming maybe their lighting was better? DB’s is awful! But that dress? Gorgeous!

I honestly think you made a wonderful selection with your wedding dress! The second dress is really pretty, but I think the first one is more flattering/stunning on you. 🙂

I read one of you other posts about color and I now I am even more convinced that #1 is the better choice. The theme of your wedding will go so much better with dress #1.

I love the first dress on you so much more! Seriously it is much more flattering than the second one. I hope that you will be ok and know that you made the right choice! NUMBER 1!!! NUMBER 1!!! ::cheers::
