I like the look of some brooch bouquets….some are just ugly!! I’ve only ever seen brooch bouquets on the net. I didn’t know they were a trend until WB.

I wouldn’t personally have one because most of my guests would be like WHY? It just wouldn’t translate well. I would however use them if I was allergic to flowers…as I wouldn’t like carrying a bunch of fake flowers.

Of all the weddings I’ve been to, I’ve seen one brooch bouquet in real life. It looked nice! Some of them look like the bride is holding a handful of garbage (Sorry if that’s offensive), but some are really lovely! And the sentiment can be great!

I am doing a mixed media boquet. Which will include broaches and cloth flowers combined with fresh flowers. I love peionies but I want to keep my boquet and I am having a Destination Wedding and getting flowers through customs may pose a problem so now I get both…

I do not like however when broach boquets get to busy that it looks like a lump onl fled jewelry. IMPO I feel like a color scheme should be followed and a plan should be made so that it is balanced and delicate.

I like some brooch bouquet but not all. I only like it when there is only like 10 broochs in the bouquet otherwise I find it a bit to much sparkly for me. I’m doing a fabric bouquet since my father is allergic to a lot of flowers and it’s already hell for him in spring so no real flower at my wedding. ๐Ÿ™  I might put 2 broochs in my bouquet that my grandmother gave me before she past away. So I’ll have something of her for my big day… ๐Ÿ™‚

I really dislike them. I think they are “hard” looking and often really small. I love the softness of real flowers, and I think nothing replaces them.

    Fabric bouquets

This is one that I was hopeing to copy for my big day. I love that it looks super romantic and can be kept as a keepsake forever. My wedding package comes with a bouquet for me though so I am getting real flowers. Bottom line: I think they are super cool and great when done right- but real flowers are pretty too.

I like them, they’re unique & a lot I’ve seen are amazing. I also like the idea because they can be a keepsake of your big special day & symbolically it stays beautiful forever, just like you hope your marriage will be. I personally would use one but I’m not too crafty lol, guess i might just give it a try when that time comes.

I think like any other bouquet or design element of a wedding, they can be tastefully done and there are others that have just been done ALL WRONG. It is all in the execution.

I think if they’re done well and personalized to your taste/style, they can be so beautiful and unique! They last forever and will always be a great memory of your special day. GO for it girl!

Although I think they look cool, I’m the type of girl who really isn’t into anything too “trendy”…and I feel like the brooch bouquets, although very pretty, are one of those things. That, and it’d probably be heavy!

I like them on blogs and in pictures, but there’s just something about fresh bouquet of real flowers that makes everything feel more real.
