I looked into it also… I was surprised that the price wasn’t too outrageous – pretty reasonable in fact. I work next door, and I’ve stayed there a few times. The hotel is gorgeous I’ve seen their tent up in the summer and the golf course is also pretty. I just don’t know why they would use the colors that they have (carpeting, particularly) I find it very hard, harsh, and could really clash with some soft color palettes.

My Fiance and I were there for the first time one summer evening for their restaurant and amazing food (we consider ourselves foodies and love trying new food so definitely try their food, although not cheap).

There were at least 2 wedding receptions that were held at the hotel that same night (one outside under a tent and a second inside in the ballroom). If you don’t mind the fact that you will most likely run into strangers around the hotel (both regular hotel guests and the other wedding guests), I would say go for it!

If this help you choose: it seemed like the one taking place under the tent outside was more private than the one inside.

Good luck and keep us posted!
