@heathuhhhhwebbbb:  Alone? I assume you didn’t put her in a chair in the corner, but she was sitting with your family, or other people she knew. In any case, asking on the day of the wedding is just crazy. If she had an issue, the time to bring it up was weeks before. (And of course you didn’t need to say “yes” then either).

Just ignore her. Criticising you just makes her look silly.

Well if she is talking about being seated away from your brother for the reception, yeah I agree that’s annoying and rude. But asking to bring a friend is not okay either, especially the day of. If she’s talking about the ceremony, that’s just crazy.

If you want to try to smooth it over, just tell her you didn’t realize she would be uncomfortable and you wish she would have brought it up sooner when you could have actually done something about it. This is why I hate head tables without the wedding party dates.

She sounds like a moron. I can’t imagine any situation in which I would think it was acceptable to ask to bring a friend to my boyfriend’s sister’s wedding. I hope she gets less ditsy in the future, for your brother’s sake.

I’m guessing she is young….and probably doesn’t realize she sounds like an idiot.

Ha ha she sounds like a total tool. I am sure she will get over it as soon as another drama comes along like one of her friends wont play on the see-saw with her or share their sweets. Whatevs.
