So the one venue we saw the bruch included…
Glazed Chicken Breasts.. AND
Ham or Beef..
I want solely breakfast foods. They have an add on omlette bar 2.50 a person plus a $75 chef fee..IMO by cutting out 2 meats the omlette bar should be covered? She said it would be ok to minus the 2.50 a head but id still owe the $75 chef fee…
Is that reasonable? I would think deleting the costs of the 2 meats would cover the chef fee?

The chef still needs to be paid since he’s making omlettes. I think it’s fair.

Yeah, you need a seperate chef who is not in the kitchen making the omlettes, so that seems totally fair. And $75 is pretty reasonable for a chef.
Also, you will love the omlette bar, we have them at parents day functions at my school and they are a big hit…but make sure you don’t have too many people that the line will be too long.

I get that the chef still needs to be paid..But theyd still need to pay someone to roast the beef and glaze the ham and cook the chicken we wont be serving?
I guess my question is..do 2 meats equal the cost of 1 omlette per guest? i would personally think the meats would cost more???
