I went to a brunch wedding, I loved it! It was actually more of a lunch, they had shrimp, knishes (both regular and sweet potato), finger sandwiches, quiche, salad, etc. It was very yummy food, and a nice laid back atmosphere. The only weird thing was that people didn’t really dance, even though there was music and a dj.

We had brunch! Let me pull up our menu… Here is it! We had beverages available PRE-Ceremony since it was early… and then had “appetizers” set up with the beverages when the guests arrived to the Reception…. while we took pics.

PM me if you have any other timeline questions or ANYTHING.. Morning Ceremony is a tight-timeline but I’m  so glad we did it and it’s SO doable!

Brunch was set up as a Buffet and the Drinks & Appetizers table was set up seperately so that guests could refill without standing back in line

Beverage Station ready by 9:30

Assorted Juice Bar

Iced Water

Starters at 10:00

Fruit Skewers w/ Chantilly dip

Mini Cinnamon Rolls

Brunch at 11:30

Mixed Salad Greens w/ Buttermilk Ranch and Raspberry Vinaigrette

Crustless Quiche Casserole

Country Potatoes

Mini Cocktail Croissant Sandwiches Southwest Chicken Salad & Cucumber

French Toast Casserole w/ Maple Syrup on side

Everything was DELICIOUS!.. =D

Whoa, sorry for the weirdo spacing!  🙂

We almost did a brunch wedding, it would have been heavier on breakfast foods with probably just a ham instead of other entrees.

Good luck!
