In need of some truthful opinions. Do not hold back. How does this dress look on me? I purchased it 2 weeks ago and now Im regretting it. I think my decision was swayed by all the positive feedback from my entourage. I dont know if its just me but I feel like I look as good in this dress as everyone made me feel that day. Im contemplating selling the dress and head out to find a new one. Time is running out as my wedding is in 6 months… so I would have to buy soon if I do. Thoughts… opinions. Realness please! Thank You!!!

I do not think it flatters your curves, but I don’t think it would flatter anybody. I also personally don’t think it has anything totally special about it : /
I don’t like the back, it’s sexy in a way that is not super classy.
I’m sorry, I hope this is the kind of honesty you wanted

I think it’s gorgeous! Personally I loooove the back, at first I thought ” oh it looks kind of weird with that strap across”, but then I realized it’s your bra. I’m assuming you’re going to go bra-less on the big day?! Or get those bras where the back plunges lower! You look great bee! Don’t second guess yourself – there’s a reason everyone liked it!

You have the curves to wear this dress. I would probably leave the belt out or just wear a very thin sparkly belt because your full bust gives your torso the illusion of being shorter than it is or it could be the angle of the photo. You look bridal and the dress flatters you. What are your concerns about this dress?

I think you look beauiful in it! Properly fitted (midsection is bunchy or something) I think it will be a win!!

Well I like it… Very classic
I will say before you go shopping for another dress maybe buy whatever undergarments you are planning on wearing under the dress on the big day. I assume you are not wearing them because of the bra strap above the lace in the upper picture. I only say that because I am a 34DD so in my experience different undergarments can change the whole silhouette and feel of a dress. Maybe you will found that you love it again, and if not the undergarments will still work under your new dress.
‘I like it though particularly the cut of the train…Good Luck

It’s pretty, but nothing about it is breathtaking. I feel like you do need a belt.
However, I think once all is done, you will look stunning.

I am not a fan of the back. I agree with the PP who said it is not very classy… but maybe that can be improved through alterations? Honestly, even the general fit can be maybe be improved with alterations so if you like the dress silhouette and the fabric etc you may be able to make it work. But if not, then yeah 6 months is a short time to go the traditional bridal salon route. You may have to buy a dress on the rack which might be limiting. If you do decide to search for another dress wait on selling this dress till you find something.

I don’t think it’s flattering on you. I’m sure you can do better than this.

I think it’s a lovely dress.

I think with a belt and having the dress fitted it will look better than it already does.

I love the look of lace, and the way it looks with the sweetheart neckline.

It does nothing for your curves (which are awesome) and I doubt there will be a huge improvement after alterations. Not loving the back and personally dislike the cookie cutter, feels like I’ve seen this same dress a million times on the bee vibe. I think you could do a 1000 x better. 😊
