Just wanna ask… instead of the traditional flower petals, do you think it’s ok for the flowergirl to blow bubbles instead when she walks down the aisle?
I just thought it might look cute in the pics and she’s over 5 years old, so it should be fine?
And if i were to go this route, is there anywhere you girls recommend of getting a cute container for the bubbles?
my wedding is the end of this month so i don’t have much time left to order online *_*

Cute! Why not? It’s your wedding! Just be sure she won’t trip/spill the bubble solution…that could be a disaster. She may need some practice to coordinate walking, bubble blowing and dipping the bubble wand.
Don’t know where you can get a single pretty bubble container, but I do remember when I was younger something that was really popular: these glass bottles full of colored bubble solution that were tied on satin ribbon and you wore it like a necklace. I bet you could go to a craft shop and buy a pretty glass container with a screw top/cork and super glue a bubble wand into the top.

Yeah my first thought was her tripping with the bubbles, being so focused on them, but if you think she can do I say go for it!

Oh! I had another idea — what about a bubble gun? I honestly don’t know if they still make these things, or where to get one (I’ve noticed toy stores have gotten progressively lamer over the years), and some of ’em are kind cheap and crappy….but it would solve the problem of her tripping while trying to walk and bubble at the same time! Could be cute if you tied lotsa ribbons and flowers to it.
