I did a search to find a budget tracker that previous ladies have used here, but I didn’t find anything that worked for what I need. I’m looking to have a sheet (preferably in excel) where I can break down each thing we owe for, how much of a deposit we made, what’s remaining, when it’s due, and which party is responsible for it. Does anyone know of anything like this? I tried some excel programs, but none of them fit the bill.

There are several budget trackers. You could use Wedding Wire or My Wedding Workbook which will allow you to export to excel.
If you really want something excel based, I have a couple that are on my house computer (I’m at work right now) that I came across in my quest for gaining wedding knowledge.
I can get those to you in a couple of hours.

weddingchannel.com has one that I am using. It is quite extensive and the best one that I have found, so far.
