@gardengirl4288:  Check out your county’s historical society, your taxes pay to maintain the properties, they’re pretty, cheap and unique!

@gardengirl4288:  Another option is VRBO, that’s Vacation Rental By Owner, you can find some amazing houses for rent by the people that own them in your area…maybe a nice property with some acreage there I’ll bet!

Check out your local park system as well.  We had our wedding at a local park pavillion and our rental was $350 for the whole day and $75 for the night before to set up.  We could bring in our own caterering.  It was a huge building that had recently been restored to host events.
