So we’re having a buffet with four entree choices. We’ve decided on two for sure and I was hoping to get opinions on the other options.
We’re definitely choosing Baked Chicken with Cranberry & Walnut Stuffing and Grilled Teriyaki Steak Tips with peppers and onions.
I’m pretty sure there are no vegetarians on the guest list.

Even after all the crap I ate today, I want all of these (minus the mushroom sauce. That could get ugly.)

The ravioli sounds delicious even with out vegetarians I’m sure you will have some happy guests with that dish!

I can’t remember a time that I’ve had fish from a buffet and liked it. I’d avoid all of the fish dishes. That said, some people are pescatarian, so if you don’t have a fish choice, make sure there is a vegetarian.

@sonj818: Interesting. Our venue is a restuarant which is pretty well known in this area for having good food, but I’ll keep the fish thing in mind.

The ravioli would have sounded good if it weren’t for the sundried tomato basil…

I think everything sounds delicious except the fish choices but that’s mainly because I don’t really like fish in general.

I love the pasta dish! But most guest would like the london broil or one of the chicken dishes. I would definitely stay away from fish since it dries out quickely and allergies are common.

Since you already have a chicken and beef – I’d go with the stuffed sole and the ravioli. That would make for a good buffet selection!
