I have not read these books, but I want to just give you some support, I guess.  Moving can be horr.i.ble.  I have done it many many times.  I just want you to know that you are probably a lot stronger than you realize.  Being in a different place you don’t especially like, and one away from people you love- takes a lot.

@goodasitgets:  Everybody goes through slumps in life. Last year was a big transition for me…I lost my job, broke off my engagement and moved back to my hometown. I am a girl that exudes confidence and even I was unsure of myself for a few months. I did see a counselor and it really helped me get back to myself quicker. Its just a slump, you will be back to yourself in no time. Once I went back to work and had my career again I really saw improvement overnight. However, I have always been confident some may call me arrogant. Once you have your job your self esteem and confidence in yourself will rise. Here’s to hoping you are back to fabulous soon:0)

I haven’t read the books myself, but I think if some of the points would feel like faking it, don’t do ’em! If you feel like you’re acting, it won’t give you real lasting confidence. Maybe set aside some time if you can for doing something you love/are passionate about/know you’re good at- that may help your confidence in a real way. Good luck with the therapist shopping, I know that’s always tough… and I hope the good vibes set in and stay strong for you Smile
