(Closed) Building instead of buying a house….

Hi all, sorry I haven’t replied. 

Well we just brought a block of land today!!! And the living room/meals will be on the north and guest rooms facing the south so we are super happy!! No slopes at all, quite a large block aswell. 

We are building in a quiet estate so no worries about busy highway noises 😀 

Thanks ladies for commenting your oppinions, I guess everyone is different. We know this isn’t the best plan but it is our first house so we are happy with what we will be building and we will make it our own with how we decorate it etc. 

Soooooo happy about our block! Exciting times ahead 😀 xx
