I was honestly astounded by the rudeness and lack of empathy displayed by their customer service. I had ordered 20 hydrangeas for my best friend’s baby shower. All twenty of them arrived crammed into one box, 5 of the flowers looked dead on arrival. I instantly called customer service who told me that this was typical behavior due to shipping but to not worry. They instructed me to clip the stems and place them in water over night, saying they were perk up and be good to go, even the damaged ones. Well that wasn’t the case. The next morning even more of them looked dead/dying so I took pictures and sent them to customer service only to be told that it was 12 hours after arrival! THEY WERE THE ONES TO TOLD ME TO WAIT OVER NIGHT. Ashley is rude and lacks any kind of tact. Every time I tried to call, email, or chat I ended up with the same girl. They agreed to refund me for 5 of the hydrangeas, I would have been happy with 10 refunded since OVER HALF of them couldn’t be used! I had to go to 3 different floral shops to get enough to replace the dead/damaged ones. Will not be using them for any future event!
