Darn, i just read your post. I ordered a dress 4 days ago from bupop.com. I eamil them every day asking the status of my order or it its too late to cancel. They have not replied at all. I contacted paypal to open a dispute ticket Im hoping they can get my money back. Bupop has not responded to pay pal either they have until Feb 23rd to respond. Will let you know what happens.

So i got a response from Bupop.com yesterday. “You only ordered one dress not two” was their response. That has nothing to do with what i’ve been asking! Ofcourse i didnt order two dresses. I keep emailing to see if they are making my dress or when it will be shipped but no response yet. Will keep people posted with my experience.

I recieved my second response from Bupop.com. I cut and pasted below:

So….I dont understand why they are sending me western union informtion. My credit card already has the charge of the dress on my account and paypal has confirmed they have been paid…At this point i feel this maybe a scam and im out a few hundred dollars Frown

So I emaled bupop.com that paypal had already confirmed they have been paid. Below are the string of emails that followed:

me: Hello emily (emily is the rep at bupop.com), your company has already taken the money out of my account. Bupop.com has already been paid. When will my dress be delivered???

bupop: Dear, We are processing your dress now, please tell us when you need the  dress? We will try our best to deliver the dress on time. Thank you for your patient.

me: Thank you for responding. I was expecting it within 4 weeks. Would you be able to send me pictures of progress? I dont mean to insult you but Im worried that this website is a scam and i wont get my dress or my money back.
 
bupop: Dear, Please don’t worry, we still process your dress now, after your dress be  shipped, we will send the tracking number to you. And we make sure that your dress will be delivered on time.

So im still just waiting to see what will result of this whole situation…

Today is Feb. 24th. Bupop.com had until yesterday to respond to paypal. Im not sure if they responded but paypal sided in my favor! I got a full refund! Im sorry it didnt work out with bupop.com I was really looking forward to their dress. Now i can start a new search. Very happy i got my money back. thanks to paypal.  Hope this helps someone in their journey. Laughing
