I would add another sauce or two, like a chipotle sauce.

I would do a beef burger, turkey burger, and veggie burger to cover your bases.  Maybe take off the goat cheese and add american or provelone?

Sounds yummy!

Onions (raw and Carmelized)

Guac

Mushrooms

Beet Chips

Hot Pepper

Artichoke hearts

Blue cheese Add Provolone

CheeseCheddar cheese

Goat Cheese

Also add swiss cheese, maybe a few different types of ketchups [some stores carry different spices ketchups]. Regular mustard.

@Mrscdnnavywife:  Yum, can I come???

Make sure there’s a cheese or no cheese option… maybe get a couple different types of cheeses for those who like it.

Keep guacamole!! YUM.

To add… a recent article I read says that putting avocado/guacamole on burgers actually makes them a LOT healthier. I forget the reasoning, but just another reason to have it haha.

Great list! I think the cheeses could be a little different (Like bleu cheese, do american and provolone). I feel like that there could be a few more sides, but I have no idea what your budget is or how many are attending. I would like a potato side (salt, salad, etc).

Maybe add bacon? I second the different sauces/ketchups.

@Mrscdnnavywife:  I love this idea, but it seems you’re missing one very important ingredient (unless I missed it in my reading)…BACON!!!!! If you want something a little different, maybe a bacon jam or marmalade?

Goat cheese on burgers is delicious.

@jenilynevette:  What is regular lettuce?  Butter lettuce is pretty normal…and delicious.

The only think I would say is bacon. But PLEASEEE keep the goat cheese, even though the PPs are nixing it.
