@ferdie224:  under bustle?…maybe and still keep the top layer visible, so it falls and stays flowy..can’t really describe it too well..

Yay! Another bee with the same dress! There are a couple of us on here. One, Soon2bykes, has the same one and is already married. She might have some answers.

@ferdie224:  This is how I am bustling my dress. This is the picture at my last fitting. I’ll be picking it up later this month with the completed bustle. The seamstress is creating three points for the bustle. Hope this helps.

I think they are bustled together. I’ll have to double check at my fitting though to make sure. I’ll let you knoif how it goes. 🙂

I have the same dress too! I went in for my first fitting and i think they are going to bustle it the same way as@Ahhyee:  At first I was really concerned about the way the petals will fall (will it be even with the front, etc) but I guess I’ll find out on the 25th when I go in for my second fitting. Great to find some dress twins on here!

Also, are you guys thinking of adding a sash? I feel like the area right below the waistline poofs out a little since the tulle is so soft and I feel like a sash would give it more structure. Would love to see what you guys are thinking of doing as well!

@lilcshelli:

When I first bought the dress I didn’t plan on having a sash, but after my first fitting I tried on some sashes at the salon and loved the way it looked. I ordered my sash from an Etsy shop. My fitting is on Friday and it’ll be my last fitting so I will dress it up, sash and all! I’ll update with those pictures so you guys can get an idea of what it might look like with a sash.

This is the sash I purchased:

@lilcshelli:

As promised, here are the pictures from my fitting. I didn’t get close up shots of the sash, but you can get an overall idea of what the dress looks like with a skinny belt. The bustle also looks exactly like how it did in the first image I posted in this forum, so I decided not to post another one.

Thanks for sharing! The dress looks amazing on you! I went in for my second fitting and there’s still more work to be done but I’m getting excited! I’ll share some pics as well (though they are not as nicely staged as yours and actually sort of blurry since they were taken by my non-tech savvy mommy 🙂

The sash I ended up going with is thicker and my mom actually made it! This is the “bustled” version – i think they went with the same style of bustle – 3 buttons.
