@Birdee106:  I really dislike the bustled look.  Looks like an alien butt to me.  I had a heavy all lace gown with cathedral length train that I buslted over and under, and I like neither!

For my current gown, I have a sweep train right now, but I think I want to make it all one length for ease plus the hemming on this gown will be a sinch.

I want to be able to run through fields in my gown!  LOL

Heck I don’t even like my gown touching the floor honestly.  I want to walk freely without having to pick it up.

@Birdee106:  i HATEEEEE bustles!!!! I’m dreading having one…but thankfully 2 of the dresses I’ll be trying on in 2 weeks for my first consultation which im TOTALLY in love with, may be just be the right length to not need one.

You can do the wrist strap thing if your dress allows for it?

I just asked what a bustle was because I had no idea1 I don’t, personally, like the look of it. I mean, people can step around my dress and I have no problem with it dragging behind me. I’d rather not do a lot of alterations to my vintage gown, if I can avoid it.
