Ok so I know the subject doesn’t really help. But you know how poeple say butta face? It’s when the guy/girl is amazingly beautiful BUT the face.
So in terms of my post, I’m losing weight (and it’s amazing how much has melted off!!!). However, everything but the arms are losing the inches. Can anyone suggest any arm exercises that will work out my arms? I already do a bunch of push ups, arm rows, chest curls, and what not that are involved with the jillian michaels 30 day shred, but only a small amount of toning is happening and I have big arms. One of my insecurities, is my arms. So if anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance!!!
