@Toes in the Sand:  I’m looking for reviews of that website and haven’t found any.  However, there are tons of other websites that girls on here have ordered from and had success with.  Two that are regularly mentioned here are dressilyme and jasminesbridal.  I’ve heard corals and shades of pale are also decent.  Good luck!

I bought a dress online and I didn’t have a good experience. I spent $500 and I will never use the dress. I went to the store and ordered a new dress….soo I guess I can say at least that was a lesson learned…$500 later…

I saw princessbigday.com that looks a legit website and really very cheap the dresses are. I think many bees here have exeperience about online shopping, check the site carefully if really legit, you could try. Good luck

@Sunshine454:  Where did you get your dress from?  It’s good to know which sites we *shouldn’t* buy from 🙂

@Toes in the Sand:  This is another knock-off site. Henry Roth’s official website lists only 5 authorized distributors for their dresses.

I purchased two dresses from DressilyMe (a site that many bees have mentioned on the Bee and have had success with),  and neither worked out for me. they were not easy to deal with when they made a mistake either. Here’s a link to my original post with pictures: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/its-official-ive-ordered-a-dress I ended up having to purchase a whole other dress, a maggie sotterro that I’m now happy with. I would not recommend DressilyMe, unless you’re very willing to go with a dress that is someone else’s vision of your dress.

Your best bet is to buy from a pre-owned wedding dress site, David’s Bridal for lower cost dresses, or see if any of your local shops have an as-is section. Good luck!
