Urgh. Some of these comments. Can’t roll my eyes hard enough. Engaged people don’t have a monopoly on engagement style rings or rings worn on the left hand. Get over yourselves. She’s already said it’s just an excuse to get something gorgeous and blingy – who care?

OP, get what you love and enjoy it!!!

I like the second ring the best because the prongs are the least obvious. I much prefer dainty prongs or bezel set, because other prongs seem like they cover up the stone too much for my taste.

I like 3, but if it’s on your left ring finger people are going to assume your are engaged so it will go from 1 awkward convo to the next as far as strangers go.  Does it have to be a diamond on your left ring finger?  Would you be just as happy wearing a RHR?  I have a beatiful RHR that is the same gem as my e-ring and I LOVE them both.  So if this is something that is truly for you as treat for birthing two kids why get an E-ring? Get something custom that celebrates you, while not misleading others.

littlebuzz :  Agreed!

I like #2 and #3 the best, OP, but all of them are gorgeous. As long as the other specs are good,, I’d probably go with #2 because I’m a size 7.5 and it’s the largest stone.

glutton :  me too it sucks right! But if you’re a single mom of 2 which she actually is legally….

There is also the unearned credit which means some people get money “back” (even though it was not actually paid in or earned by them, hence the title “unearned” tax credit) I don’t know anything about op’s specific situation though. Just a few tax facts I know…

I just want to write you – I hope you get the ring you will like the most. And screw traditions on this – get the rind that you want, even if it looks like ering, wear it on whatever hand you prefer and do not care one bit about the oldfashioned comments. You can wear whatever jewelery you want. Its 2018 girls. I am all for women pleasing themsleves! Who says you need a man to buy you a ring. Can you afford it? Spoil yourself.

crystaleena :  When I went to look at wedding bands to match my ering… I saw all the erings because I went to a Tacori trunk show and that first pic looks inspired not authentic. Tacori used to sell rhodium plated sterling silver rings on QVC…and I’m afraid that may be what this is. If it is I wouldn’t want the OP paying $2500 for it when they are less than $100 on ebay.

OP I was in no way judging or being rude..just trying to help.
