My wife and I have been in search of our new used home and found the most spacious triple wide trailer huge bathrooms, room for guests and a room just for my wife for ALL her hobbies. Well we went and placed a down payment on this property or house being we were buying the land under a contract for deed. We found a bank that was gonna finance us as long as we put the land under that as well so we said yes and went through the whole process and they company came and picked up the old trailer for the trade in. We had a company level our lot and pour peers for the house. Then one after another problems started to arise. first was child support arrearages got it taken care of, then it was dealing with the marital status of the deceased and the inlaws, done, we were thinking sweet waiting on closing for our first home, and in the mean time my wife is living in a camper with soft sides it is may and we are living in North Dakota so yes it snowed yesterday, plus we have 2 80 pound boxers living with us, oh did i mention the camper is only 18 feet long and the rooms are soft sided pop outs. Now we have been informed that the deed is incorrect and that the spouce that passed away 20 yrs ago still has interest in the property and either a quite title needs to be done, which takes 60 days, or the property needs to go back into probate, which i dont know what would be better, My stress level is done im not doing it any longer. I WILL NOT EVER BUY ANOTHER HOUSE AGAIN!!
