I just saw the Brazilian Room today, and while I absolutely loved it, my concern is that it will be hard to locate for out of town guests. There were several unmarked streets, and it was very windy. Any thoughts?
If you had/are having your wedding there, have you come up with any solution to that problem?
Anyone know of any venues that are somewhat similar in price and look…and of course, BYO Alcohol (I loved the look of the Brazilian Room itself)… but are a little closer to the freeway/easier to find?
We have looked at Palmdale Estates, Ravenswood Historic Site, and Ardenwood Historic Site.
All suggestions welcome!!

oooh I love the brazilian room! My Fiance is from NorCal and so we contemplated have the wedding up there and almost went with the brazilian room but ended up going with another place in southern california. We looked at a bunch of places up north though – including palmdale estates! The compass rose gardens in Bodega bay is really nice too and they are a BYO alcohol venue. also, just as an fyi, I am not sure if you looked into this but I think the Brazilian room has two ways to get there and one is supposedly less windy although I guess it takes longer. Maybe that would change your mind? Good luck with the search!!

Canyon View Dining Hall in San Ramon allows you to BYO.
