We’re estimating that we’ll spend around $2000-2500 on alcohol alone for a full open bar, 4.5 hours, 165 guests by providing our own.  We’re buying beer in kegs, negotiating deals with local vineyards to showcase local wines, and going to buy several handles of vodka, rum, gin, and whiskey.  The caterers are providing all of the mixers.

You know your guests best and how much they’ll drink, but here’s the breakdown:
1 Bottle of wine 4-5 glasses
1 bottle of liquor (750 ml) = 20 mixed drinks drinks
