We are looking for the same type of place, but are early on in the process as well.  I know any specific policies off the top of my head, but from the browsing I’ve done it seems like a lot of the wineries allow you to bring in your own beer, but you have to use their wine (usually at a discounted rate).  As I get more specifics, I’ll let you know!

Also, welcome!!!  We are going to be having a NY meetup soon, so you should join us 🙂

But it’s not very nice.  What is your budget?  There are tons of AI venues in this area that are pretty reasonably priced.  We may be able to help you more broadly if we knew.

@DocT:  AI is all in or all inclusive.  Meaning that you get the bar the food and the venue for one price.  You can do a 24K wedding at a ton of places in the HV without having to bring in your own liquor.  Best of luck.

Grandview, Hudson highlands, (Mrs. Marmelade had here wedding here), The Inn at Bear Mountain. I noticed your wedding is on a Sunday.  Grandview’s pricing is like 99 pp before taxes on a Sunday.

I don’t know Ceola Manor.  I will check it out.

But may be too small for your guestlist.  Keep rading the HV boards.  A lot of places are willing to work with you.  You have a very large guestlist for the amount you want to spend but its not impossible upstate.
