I have done three- the “main one”, can’t remember the name, I think that last nameis Ulrey, as well as the christian indie one and Chubby Jones podcasts.  I am not a huge fan of any of the music, but the cues are so helpful that I don’t mind if the music isn’t great.  The Chubby Jones has the most talking by far- lots of “one more minute dow, three to go!” which is what I like.  I think the christian indie one has the best music, but I was in a Catholic rock band for 4 years, so I am biased. 

If you have an iphone or ipod touch, there’s an app for about $3 that lets you use your own music with the reminders added in.  I have a regular ipod so I can’t, but the podcasts are very helpful!

I have used Podrunner Intervals. I think it is djsteveboy.com? They are AMAZING!!!

I just started tonight! I used the NHS British one that I found for free on itunes. I like that the music is timed/paced to when you’re walking/running, though I think the lady on there may get old.
