SO and I LOVE Vegas. We cant go enough lol. As time goes, i am pushing further away from big traditional weddings and leaning towards a smaller, more “us” ceremony – we also love disneyland, but i don’t see that being in the budget! haha. I also like the idea of a destination wedding (its only a 5 hour drive so not sure if its really considered “destination”?) because you don’t have to invite everyone and their mom.
anyway, I have been really leaning towards Caesars Palace garden wedding. Has anyone been married at Caesars and can give me a break down of their experience? price? outside vendor fees? any details etc. I am also open to hear of anyone elses experiences (Photos welcome!) at different locations in Vegas.
I am also curious to see where you had your reception and the price point and info about that. (did you get to do a first dance? Private? cost?)

My fiance and I love vegas as well and we decided on choosing Caesars Palaces garden for our wedding! It will be October 2015! After searching all of the bigger hotels on the strip with an Outdoor garden, we liked Wynn, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, and Caesars. Caesars matched our expections the most and their outdoor venue is gorgeous.

We stayed at The Palazzo and saw someone getting married there. The hotel is really nice. We have also stayed at The Venetian which is also great. When we were going to Vegas i checked the rooms and I prefered The Palazzo and Venetian rooms over Caesars.

I really love the garden, and the outside architecture is beautiful. What time of the day is your ceremony? and are you bringing in an outside photographer or buy any additional time with the photographer provided?

leisha606: thaNk you =) our ceremony will be at 2pm and our reception will start at 7. We plant o bring in our own ohotograoher, but still working on the details for it. We are hesitant to go with the photographer i lncluded bc we would have to pay for copy rights per picture. Which will add up to alot of money! We also want to hv pictures taken between the ceremony finishing and the start of reception. So An external photograoher seems to be a better option for now. kiwiambition: the palazzo was pretty as well! I liked the outdoor area! We ended up with caesars bc our reception is at forum shops so it would be more convenient for the guests
