Hello all, I just started making cake balls for family and friends and my Fiance loves them and wants to use them as favors. Has anyone done this before, or made the balls ahead of time? My questions are below, any help you could give would be fantastic!
How far in advance did you make them? Can I make the cake part 3 weeks in advance and then freeze it? I would then dip them about a week before the wedding and store in the fridge.
When should I package them? I just have sweet little bakery boxes with ribbon and labels, but I don’t want to put them in too soon. Any thoughts?
