We are leaning towards having a cake buffet instead of a traditional tiered wedding cake (I like the idea and our wallet likes the price!). For those of you who have had a cake buffet or seen one at a wedding, did you order more cake than you would have if you had a traditional cake? It seems like by offering several different flavors, guests might want to try different types, so I should account for maybe 2 slices per person (or more?). Any logistical advice to share?
